[据2013年6月5日防务新闻网报道]西班牙国防部透露,美国电船公司将帮助西班牙纳万蒂亚(Navantia)船厂解决S-80潜艇超重问题。
随着工作的深入,发现该潜艇不仅仅存在重量问题,其AIP系统也表现不佳。该AIP系统预计可使潜艇在水下航行28天,但实际续航时间只有7天。
目前电船公司对超重潜艇有两种解决方案,一是增加潜艇长度,二是对没有安装完成的AIP系统进行研究,看能否在此部分减轻重量。具体方案选择将在7月中旬确定。(中国船舶信息中心 赖鸣)

我有个办法,保证解决问题,而且不用改潜艇。
看看超重多少,然后买艘二手的小货船,船底焊上链子,链子挂在潜艇上面。

建议你看下资料,S80A细部上跟法国原本的S80/Scorpene有很大的差异,作战系统跟AIP是美国协助集成,英国BAE相关企业负责载台、拖曳阵、流体、水声之类,法国提供的大概剩下声纳湿端。

我再直接告诉你,为S80A生产燃料电池AIP的公司叫做UTC Power,在康乃迪克州,那家工司先前为美国太空计画提供燃料电池,现在拿这技术坐潜艇AIP。你可以从wiki那篇找UTC的资料。

我日,还在诡辩,算了懒得理你的,真是教不会啊。还TM然后这个系统是美国做的AIP,你这段英文里面哪来这句话??分明讲的是S-80的AIP系统不同于法国,是燃料电池AIP,然后说了这个燃料电池单元是美国做的,那句话说了AIP是美国人做的?

你才是教不会只耍嘴皮子,懒到不去点全文。人家把这套AIP(对,这个美国做的燃料电池就是船上的AIP,不然还是什么?白纸黑字写的)的程序都简介了,这玩意叫生物乙醇(bioethanol)燃料电池,从酒精里整出氢(还有别的系统用柴油重整出氢),跟氧反应,然后就是你熟悉的燃料电池电化反应,我看你八成不知道燃料电池不只一种。懒得继续在你身上浪费时间了。一下子扯美国不做AIP、用的是法国的,一下又扯这燃料电池跟AIP无关,自己都已经翻出中文报导看到人家用燃料电池AIP,跟法国自家DCNS的MESMA显然就不是同一个东西,还好意思继续谈下去?

The Reformator is fed with bioethanol as fuel, and oxygen (stored as a liquid in a high pressure cryogenic tank), generating hydrogen and carbon dioxide as subproducts. The produced hydrogen and more oxygen is fed to the fuel cells.


The bioethanol-processor also produces a stream of highly concentrated carbon dioxide and other trace gases that are not burned completely during combustion. This gas flow is mixed with sea water in one or more ejector venturi scrubber and then through a new system called SECO2 (or CO2 Removal System), developed by Bionet, and whose purpose is to dissolve the "bubbles" of CO2 in water to undetectable levels.[6]

The oxygen and fuel flow rates are directly determined by the demand for power. The AIP power in the S-80 submarine is at least 300kW.[6] A permanent-magnet electric motor moves a fixed propeller of a special design, that doesn't create cavitations at high speed.

那多慢呀,不如在舱底重新设计一鱼雷发射管,想上浮了,倒着固定一不装引爆系统的火箭助飞鱼雷,哗一下就上浮了,还能做特技吸收眼球

感谢补充。看起来Abengoa是个系统集成者,它负责提供的技术是燃料供应(那个生物乙醇处理器),生出氢跟氧送入燃料电池里工作,而UTC承包了它的燃料电池。大概因为燃料电池才是这个系统的核心,所以几年前详细介绍S80A的一篇文章主要几乎叙述UTC的工作,对于Abengoa旗下的Hynergreen(负责研发生物乙醇产生氢的处理器)只是公司名字一笔带过。

到了2011年7月,Navantia才完成S80A的所有细部设计与最终方案,此时第一艘艇体结构已经完成87%,作战系统完成22%;某种程度上,说它「即兴创作」并不算全然过份。所以不等完全定案就已经开始建造多时,只要修改过程中一有不慎,问题就接踵而来,现在看来后续修改显然超过了原始设计留下的馀度。

纳凡蒂亚公司完成对西班牙S80A潜艇全部设计工作

  据报道,7月28日,潜艇制造商纳凡蒂亚宣布完成了对西班牙海军S80A潜艇的设计工作。

  公司宣称,这意味着纳凡蒂亚现在已经完成S 80A潜艇100%的详细设计和建模工作,确定了最终的建造方案。海军于2004年3月订购的4艘S 80A潜艇中,第一艘现在已经完成了87%的结构建设,其中作战系统已经完成22%。

  配置不依靠空气的推进系统(UTC乙醇燃料电池)后,排水量为2465吨的S 80A被经营者视为潜在的出口赢家。

  目前,4艘潜艇正在卡塔赫纳船厂中建造。该厂主任Manuel Filgueira认为,近几年国外海军对S 80A的兴趣表明,到2020年S 80A可以占领国际常规潜艇市场10%的份额。在这期间,全世界预计共将订购或建造140艘常规潜艇。

  71米长的S 80A潜艇是纳凡蒂亚公司在不依靠国外技术条件下,设计并建造的第一种潜艇。这种潜艇水下的最大航速为18节,续航力为12000海里。首艇的交付时间为2013年5月。后面3艘仍在建造过程中,预计将在2014到2016年间,以一年一艘的速度交付海军。

到了2011年7月,Navantia才完成S80A的所有细部设计与最终方案,此时第一艘艇体结构已经完成87%,作战系统完成22%;某种程度上,说它「即兴创作」并不算全然过份。所以不等完全定案就已经开始建造多时,只要修改过程中一有不慎,问题就接踵而来,现在看来后续修改显然超过了原始设计留下的馀度。
