Brown, the president of the Boston Athletic Association, denied the Koreans to participate in the race because the Korean War was happening at that time and Brown didn't want any foul play or American issues. If you watch this video there is an asian looking away from the explosion when it happens and he is the only one not phased by it. This was definitely an attack from North Korea or korean american sympathisers.

I actually believe that this was North Korea. See, in 1951, Walter A. Brown, the president of the Boston Athletic Association, denied the Koreans to participate in the race because the Korean War was happening at that time and Brown didn't want any foul play or American issues. The bombing was killing two birds with one stone. Getting back at Boston, and bombing America like they said they would (if you believe that). This is just my opinion, except for the obvious facts like Walter Brown and the 1951 Marathon.

North Korea just held their own "international" marathon a few days ago to celebrate Kim Il Sung's birthday. I find that suspicious. Being that the bombing occurred on April 15th, their most important day of year, you cannot discount North Korea's involvement.

If you watch this video there is an asian looking away from the explosion when it happens and he is the only one not phased by it. This was definitely an attack from North Korea or korean american sympathisers.

Two explosions rocked the Boston Marathon near the finish line, causing multiple casualties and sending the city into chaos. Another explosion occurred at the JFK Library, but authorities were unsure if the incidents were linked.
