The leadership of the Turkish Army now admits that in February of this year, one of their generals, among others, attacked three German soldiers. The soldiers were shoved and struck. The incident was supposedly the result of "misunderstandings".
After talks in Turkey with the German contingent as well as "high responsible representatives of the Turkish military", the commander of the Joint Operations Command of the Bundeswehr, Lieutenant-General Rainer Glatz told the Bild am Sonntag: "This incident, the result of misunderstandings on both sides, has caused dismay on both sides. We have made preparations to make relevant provisions."
The Turkish General Staff had previously denied the entire incident. A confidential situation report of the leadership of the Bundeswehr from the 28th of February records the extent of the incident. Accordingly, a Turkish General and one of his officers attacked three German MPs in the barracks at Kahramanmaras on February 23rd, where they were stationed at the wish of Turkey to help protect the country from attacks out of neighbouring Syria.
The military policemen closed a road on the barracks grounds to give the right of way to the vehicle convoy of MoD Thomas de Maiziere during his visit. Thereupon the General jumped out of his car and ran screaming towards the MPs. In Turkish, he yelled "siktir git", which means something to the effect of "piss off". Then the General first firmly grabbed the [female] Staff Sergeant R., standing on his right, by her arm and tossed her to the side. Then he also gave a strong strike to the captain standing next to her.
The General then accordingly also continued to insult the Lieutenant-Colonel of the Bundeswehr who had come to mediate the dispute. "He continued to yell at me loudly without provocation and it was clear that he could barely contain himself emotionally and physically. He was not to be reconciled in any way", the German later put on record. "I thought neither his tone, nor his posture and closeness to my face were appropriate."
According to the report, another Turkish officer, who had come to the assistance of the General, struck a First Lieutenant, standing next to his captain, with such force into the ribs that the latter was brought to tumble. He later required medical attention and was diagnosed with a severe contusion.
The report also revealed the identity of the Turkish General: "The commander of the 5th Tank Brigade, stationed in Kahramanmaras, rank Brigadier General." He is in command of the barracks on which the incident occurred.
Hans Peter Bartels, SPD-representative on the Defense-Committee of the Bundestag says he would consider it appropriate "If the Turkish General apologized to the German soldiers."

估计那土鸡将军一边打一边说，你牛掰个毛线，德国都快被我们大突厥帝国和平占领了！
所以说距离产生美这句话是有道理地，历史上汉斯和突厥向来颇有好感，那恐怕是因为离得远，真凑到一起就会生出事来了。这一点就如国内某些人以为美国是天堂，结果真移民过去了发现还是国内好混。
