ISTANBUL (Reuters) - Turkish Prime Minister Tayyip Erdogansaid on Thursday a Syrian passenger plane forced to land in Ankarawas carrying Russian-made munitions destined for Syria's armed forces, ratcheting up tension with his country's war-torn neighbor.
