俄罗斯的关于潜艇的悲剧情节如下：
1. 冷战后未建成的核潜艇
971有2艘K-337和K-333正在改建，另外还有1艘烂尾，正在考虑改建。这3艘是否971M不清楚
949A有3艘烂尾：K-135、K-139、K-160
945有1艘开工后未建成就拆了

2. 冷战后未建成的常规潜艇
636有1艘自用的636.3（B-261）和1艘给越南的636M已开工仍在建，可能还有2艘今年开建
677有3艘在建（B-586、587、588），其中B-588计划出售给印度

3. 改装过的667
667A（Y-I）有4艘改装RK-55（SS-N-21）导弹（K-253、K-395、K-408、K-423），改称667AT；
                    有1艘K-140改装RS-16（SS-N-17）导弹，改称667AM（Y-II）；
                    有1艘K-403“喀山”号改成声呐试验艇，先后为671RTM（V-III）和885（亚森）服务，改称667AK-1/2；
                    有1艘K-415也曾开工进行类似的改装但未完成；
                    有1艘K-411改成袖珍潜艇母艇，改称667AN；
                    有16艘不携带弹道导弹，变成攻击型核潜艇；
667BD（D-II）有1艘试验过Kh-90（SS-N-24）导弹（不是非常确定，也可能是其他型号）
667BDR（D-III）有1艘K-129改造为袖珍潜艇母艇，改称BS-136
667BDRM（D-IV）有1艘K-64改造为水下调查船，改称BS-64；有2艘（K-84、K-407）发射过商业卫星；后来除K-64外均升级为RSM-54（R-29RMU，SS-N-23）导弹
