Megha-Tropiques是印度与法国合作建造的一枚气候观测卫星,重约1000公斤,用于观测和分析南亚次大陆以及印度洋上的季雨、旋风以及洪涝、干旱等现象。一并发射的是两枚来自印度的大学生小卫星(分别是4公斤和10公斤左右),和一枚来自卢森堡的VesselSat 1小卫星(30公斤左右)。

本次任务将于北京时间10月12日13:30由一枚PSLV(Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle)发射升空,发射地点为位于Sriharikota的Satish Dhawan航天发射中心。

PSLV(Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle)是印度较为成熟的一款运载火箭,本次任务将是PSLV系列的第21次发射,若成功则将是第19次成功飞行。

Megha-Tropiques:





The french-indian Megha-Tropiques satellite is devoted to the atmospheric research. The data collected by the satellite will allow to improve our knowledge on the water cycle contribution to the climate dynamic in the tropical atmosphere and our understanding of the processes linked to the tropical convection.

The basic principles of the Megha-Tropiques mission are to:

    provide simultaneous measurements of several elements of the atmospheric water cycle : water vapour, clouds, condensed water in clouds, precipitation and evaporation,
    measure the corresponding radiative budget at the top of the atmosphere,
    ensure high temporal sampling in order to characterise the life cycle of the convective system and to obtain significant statistics.

Megha-Tropiques will be built on ISRO's IRS bus instead of the originally planned Proteus Bus to reduce the pressure on CNES budget. The payload is constituted of:

    MADRAS : a microwave imager aimed mainly at studying precipitation and clouds properties,
    SAPHIR : a 6 channels microwave radiometer for the retrieval of water vapour vertical profiles and horizontal distribution,
    SCARAB : a radiometer devoted to the measurement of outgoing radiative fluxes at the top of the atmosphere.

MADRAS is to be developed jointly by ISRO and CNES. SAPHIR and SCARAB are to be developed by CNES.

SRMSAT:





SRMSAT is a microsat developed by the SRM University. Its purpose is to provide hands on experience to the students and the faculty of SRM University, to develop a 10 kg satellite, to monitor greenhouse gases and to develop a "Nano Satellite Bus" for future missions.

The scientific objective of SRMSAT is to monitor green house gases in Near Infrared region 900 nm - 1700 nm. A grating spectrometer is employed for the monitoring of Earth-based sources and sinks of anthropogenic and natural sources of greenhouse gases.

Jugnu:





Jugnu is a 3U-cubsat built by the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur.

The 3 kg nanosatellite will be used to provide data for agriculture and disaster monitoring. Jugnu has a design life of one year.

Jugnu's carries the Micro Imaging System, a near infrared camera which will be used to observe vegetation. Also on board is a GPS receiver to aid tracking, and is intended to demonstrate a microelectromechanical inertial measurement unit.

Jugnu will be launched piggy back into low Earth by a PSLV rocket.

VesselSat:





VesselSat is a constellation of three microsatellites to provide spacecraft-based Automatic Identification System (AIS) sensors in low-Earth orbit as a means of tracking maritime assets.

A delevopment version of the Luxspace AIS-receivers has been tested before on the Rubin-9.1 (AIS-Pathfinder 2) payload.

Two satellites will be leased to Orbcomm as a replacement for the lost capability of the malfunctioning Orbcomm Quick Launch satellites.

这次发射的Jugnu小卫星就是三个Cubesat叠起来的构型(http://lt.cjdby.net/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=1082460),可以点进链接参考一下。印度具体用什么散布方式倒不清楚了。

我想知道这些小卫星能用来干嘛?用来撞大卫星?还想知道这一箭多星到底是怎么个发射法?是一个一个的扔出去,还是一起扔出去,然后地面控制一个一个的调试轨道么?

一般一个一个仍吧。有爆炸螺栓。控制爆炸时机就成了
等待发射结果。
楼上三位喜欢吹牛说笑的话不妨去畅谈,或者等待中华网申请破产保护的结果。在本帖中已有Cubesat科普帖的链接的情况下,仍然无视之,并自降品格插科打诨,只能视为trolling。

我们也应该这样搞一下,有效载荷有富余的时候,应该带一些学生实验星比较好
啊,明天三哥又要发射土豆了。
不过Cubesat不错哦,大学实验还是不错的,性价比很高。
有没有人介绍一下我国的大学为什么不上Cubesat

我承认我心里阴暗,为啥总是担心会有布朗产生呢
一箭多星是拿主星的安全做赌注
这个火箭运载能力不大,居然4级,还是固-液-固-液的,三哥玩个性啊。
