Its great news for us Indian but what aboutour own cities across different parts of india?? In north indian state ofUP,Bihar,MP, Paschim Banga(New name) hardly 5 to 6 hrs low voltage electricity,no 3G high speed net connectivityat all. We are talking about China???lets improve our own system first then venture into Chinese cunning market.

不是说印度软件公司作外包还是可以的吗，印度工程师在印度以外的地方表现都不错，照这个说法，和他们合作一下也未必不可

可能是这家印度公司的销售和经理人衣着光鲜、PPT做得好。

这个题目有点偷换概念了，提供IT服务跟建设智能城市不能等同起来。智能城市的建设最主要的是城市的设计、建造思路，IT服务只是实现这一思路的技术手段之一。
