:L但是管分房的未必代表国家,他们拥有如此集权导致腐败和不公,而且以个人意志限制了多元发展的可能。即便你已顺服长官意志的方式求利,房子未必到手,到手未必满意。
楼主给了美国人好多谎话或偏见啊!
相对而言麦当劳确实很贵,在中小城市午餐10元就可以吃得很好,而且能吃饱,麦当劳你能吃啥?眼睛不要总放在大城市。

那么如美国一样就对了。房贷了几十年,结果房子还是贷没了。LZ贴的是美国人自己说的错误,楼上那几位立刻就来洗地。还有你也来洗。一句话,洗不洗,美国人都在那里抗议,不多不少。

不懂不要乱说。
房贷优惠平民的政策是导致问题的原因之一,买房人可以低利率贷款导致销量上升房价上涨,然后是房地产投机,亏得主要还是投机分子。但是真心买房的贫民还是受惠的,部分还不起的自己就没估算好还贷能力和房地泡末,现在找借口掩饰自己是卢瑟。还有部分买房不久的与其房子贬值,不还贷倒更合算。买房几十年的总体绝对是赚得,如果有问题是区域地产贬值,和大势无关。

他说的不矛盾,是你不理解后面的道理。不解释。

另外,有一点本人更加要提醒一些刻意给社会主义扣屎盆子的人,TC实行的中特社只是羊头,中特国家资本主义才是本质。
