对基础的研发还是较少，都是应用研究。不过比前些年好多了

首先加大研发投入是好事，第1说明TG有钱，第2说明TG方向投对了。。至于怎么高效投入怎么获得高回报，是另一个问题。。
中国需要更多的华为这样把钱投入到研发领域的公司
这个研发投入的效率如何，要打个大问号？ 中国现在当务之急是增加社会民间财富，依靠企业的研发投入，这里政府要做的是把财富让出来
5年后我们的大飞机也会象高铁一样让人惊艳吧
