ACS 235S is full authority electronic-hydraulic control system. It is intended for fuel supply and automatic control of the engine at all modes according to required control algorithms, monitoring and diagnostics of engine and its systems technical condition, and also for processing and transfer of the information to aircraft and ground maintenance systems.

The control system contains two main channels and independent backup control channel.

235S is mounted on new modification of AL-31F gas turbine engine and consists of the following units:

electronic digital two channel control unit - ECU-235S;
metering pump unit - ND-235S;
actuator control unit - BUM 235S;
afterburner pump - FN 235S;
piston pump - PN 235S;
afterburner metering unit - DF 235S;
afterburner fuel distributor - RTF 235S;
piston pump control unit - AUPN 235S;
limit pressure valve - КP 235S.

萨留特的99M1上测试的TVC 看来是和发动机一起构成飞-火-推一体化的了。

    99M1就是235系列的。

没有液压备份的。


КРД-99Ц算是模拟综合电调(КРД-99Б)的数字化升级版,并不是全功能数控。
国内614和5719也干过类似的活...

另外说一下,99M1的设计寿命原来为4000/1000.

2006年的endurance testing 定的是2000/1000.

按照某一俄罗斯专业文献的说法是降到31F的推力使用, 寿命比2000h要长.............

照这么看,毛子的99M系列还是不错的。
不管如何, 采用FADEC是肯定的。
你确定?实在能用才是关键。毛子态度在很太程度上把电调当备份。别高估毛子。尽管是老师

我一直没搞明白99M1和已经服役的31FM1(42批次)是什么关系?117S和RD33MK都是FADEC了吧?另外礼炮厂的最新批次就是42批次吗?记得好像有48批次?
