不仅动用了当地和附近的警察，还从被爱尔兰拉来了武装条子

这哥们恐怕是古今中外第一个被超音速飞机追的人了吧

目前动员兵力如下

London's Metropolitan Police sent 40 specialist firearms officers, armed with Heckler and Koch G36 assault rifles, to help the search, while the Police Service of Northern Ireland delivered 20 armoured cars.

The 4x4 Mitsubishi Shoguns are being used alongside 160 armed officers.

Sixty armed officers from seven police forces have been sent to supplement Northumbria’s firearms unit which is believed to have over 100 officers.
The Met also sent eight armed response vehicles, each carrying three officers, armed with 9mm Glock pistols and MP5 carbines as well as Taser electric stun guns.

Snipers

Police marksmen from eight forces, including the Met, armed with high-velocity weapons with telescopic sights have been sent to Northumbria.

Royal Air Force

An RAF Tornado warplane was deployed on Thursday. The GR4, which can travel at 860mph and is often used in Afghanistan, has an infrared camera. Its heat-seeking technology is being used at dusk when police believe Moat may be on the move.

SAS, Military and SOCA

Police have refused to confirm reports that SAS officers have joined the search, although they have confirmed that the military, and Serious and Organised Crime Agency, has been approached for advice.

Friends

Officers have been speaking to friends of Moat to find out where he used to spend time. Police hope to get inside his mind to understand where he might hide and searches have taken place of Moat's favourite haunts.
