在铁血倒是找到几篇，但是感觉描述的是所有空尖弹都有膨胀效应啊，那么为什么还会有“非扩展”空尖弹呢？

刚才，看了几个英文资料以后，我想可能是LZ理解错 unexpanded bullet 的意思了。
英文资料里面说的 unexpanded bullet 意思是指，没有扩展开的弹头，unexpanded 在这里面是一个形容词，而不是LZ理解的 unexpanded bullet 是一个专用名词。

被甲软尖弹，如果没有扩张开时的致伤效果为1，那么扩张开的效果就为1.35。

保证不 破碎的(造成不够深入)
保证 平衡张开的(张开时不会歪一边而减少洞穴大小)
避免 过早扩张的(不够深入器官)
保证穿透後扩张的 : 打破汽车玻璃, 或能穿过厚重衣物(寒带地区)
等等等...
做生意嘛, 当然是老王卖瓜.
偶比较重视弹着密集性, 有的子弹威力好大, 但子弹乱飞, 打完一拆枪看到磨损痕迹好大(滑套,frame轨道, 击锤, 撞针挡板... )
