KAZAN --- The Kazan Aviation Production Association named after Gorbunov (KAPO) delivered two Tupolev Tu-214SR aircraft to the Special Air Detachment under the Administration of the President of Russian Federation (the operator is also referred to as the Moscow branch of GTK “Rossiya”, GTK stands for “State Transport Company”).
喀山---喀山航空生产协会（KAPO）根据俄总统签署的命令，交付了两架图波列夫图- 214SR飞机到特种航空支队（经营者也被称GTK“Rossiya“的莫斯科分部 ，GTK代表”国家运输公司“ ） 。

The aircraft have registration RA-64515 and RA-64516.
这架飞机已经登记编号为RA-64515和RA - 64516 。

The handover ceremony at KAPO was attended by UAC president, chairman of the executive board Alexey Fedorov, prime minister of Tatarstan Republic Rustam Minnikhanov, member of the Military-industrial Commission under the government of the Russian Federation Aleksandr Bobryshev.
交接仪式在KAPO举行，出席交接仪式的有UAC主席，执行委员会主席阿列克谢.费奥多罗夫，鞑靼斯坦共和国总理Minnikhanov，俄联邦政府下属的军事工业委员会委员亚历山大.博布雷舍夫。

KAPO general director Vasil Kayumov and UAC vice-president on strategic and special purpose aviation, Tupolev president and general designer Igor Shevchuk handed over symbolic keys to the aircraft to GTK Rossiya deputy chief engineer on new equipment Vladimir Kochegarov and head of special transportation operations department of the transport department of the Russian president administration, Aleksandr Zuev.
KAPO总经理瓦西尔.卡尤莫夫（他也是UAC分管战略和特殊用途航空的副主席），图波列夫公司总裁兼设计师伊戈Shevchuk向GTK Rossiya的副总工程师Vladimir Kochegarov和俄联邦交通运输部下属的特种运输业务部门的负责人Aleksandr Zuev象征移交的钥匙。

The Administration of the Russian president placed an order for six special purpose aircraft at KAPO in 2005.The remaining four aircraft are scheduled for delivery in 2010-2011.
俄罗斯总统在2005签署了购买6架这种特殊用途飞机的命令。 其余的四架飞机定于在2010-2011年交付。













这条新闻感觉跟TG的官八股差不多（毛子也有官八股啊！）有没有哪位大大知道这个Tu-214SR是干啥的？看起来这个飞机蛮先进的，TG怎么不买这个飞机来做大盘子？
