（英國‧蘇格蘭）英國蘇格蘭水下中心今日（週三，9月10日）表示，中國海軍的救援潛艇LR7正在威廉堡進行最後測試。
負責製造這艘救援潛艇的“裴利斯林斯貝系統”宣稱，能夠潛入水下300多公尺的LR7是目前最大型且最先進的救援潛艇，全長7.6公尺，可搭救18名遇險船艦人員前往安全地區。
裴利斯林斯貝系統是遙控載具的主要供應商，他們將把LR7帶回原廠接受進一步測試，並安裝有關設備之後，再交由中國實地測試。

The LR7 - or the Sea Dragon, the newest, most advanced and biggest rescue submarine in the world is currently testing in Loch Linnhe, north of Oban in Argyll and off Fort William’s Underwater Centre. The LR7 can go as deep as 500 metres down - the tragically lost Russian submarine, Kursk, was trapped at 100 metres, underlining the LR7’s potential.
Capable of remaining submerged for up to four days, the submarine can clear debris, detect signs of life, carry life support materials like oxygen and food and transfer nineteen survivors at a time to the surface.
Developed in Scotland by Perry Slingsby Systems (PSS), part of the Aberdeen-based Triton Group, the LR7 has been sold to China. With this acquisition China now leads what is being called ‘the underwater space race’, as the major nations scramble to develop and hold the technology for deep sea rescues from damaged submarines.
Loch Linnhe offers significant benefits as a test site for such operations. It runs to depths of up to 150 metres, deeper than most parts of the North Sea. Nestling below Ben Nevis, its sheltered position means testing can be carried out 12 months of the year even in the most extreme weather conditions.

我们自己的好象潜得更深、救的更多，但大许多，不利于紧急救援时的快速运输
