如果在航空发动机中尽可能使用钛合金取代镍基高温合金制造航空发动机的压气机盘、叶片和机匣等零部件,可以大大减轻发动机的重量和提高其推重比。当工作温度超过600℃,氧化将对钛合金的性能产生明显的破坏作用,正在研究的表面防护措施主要有扩散涂层、气相沉积涂层、搪瓷涂层<br/>、离子注入及离子束辅助沉积法抗氧化表面改性。不过这几种方法各有其优点,也各有其缺陷。
