美国海军确实原计划2016财年购买的第二艘也就是DDG124是伯克3，但是由于美国2016财年国防法案，多给了博克项目10亿美元，导致美国海军改变计划，今年要多买一艘，也就是DDG125，而最新计划这艘在今年下半年购买，这是GAO最新报告
