有可能 比如10年前封存的飞机在封存时只飞了2000小时 现役的飞机到现在已经飞了4000小时 哪个状态更好？

而且您说对了一件事，很多坟场里的飞机是“封存”，而不是“遗弃”，很多时候是预算不足维持不了那么多机群，所以才封存的。
比方说，今年四等人又揭不开锅了，于是就会选些6~7成新的机机封存，剩下的接着用，等过两年手里一直用着的飞机寿命差不多了，手头又没银子或没办法换新机，就把过去封存的飞机启封，翻新使用。
我的疑问在于：难道飞机坟场的飞机状态比现役飞机还好吗？与其改装，为什么不拿那些钱去对现有战机保养延寿 ...
