ANT series
ANT-1 57.2K - The first aircraft, built by Andrei Nikolaevich Tupolev. A.N.Tupolev started to work on this project in 1911, but started assembling only in 1922. At that time he was a member of TsAGI task forse, which was ordered to study metal aircraft desingns. ANT-1 was of a mixed design, but it was the first Soviet-built aircraft including home-made metal elements (fuselage frame). After few flights old worn engine started loose power and was found unrepareble.

ANT-2 16.7K - two-passenger plane. First soviet all-metal aircraft.

ANT-3/R-3 (Razwedchik) - All-metal two-seat recco biplane. One 400hp Liberty-?. 100 built. 1925.
ANT-4/TB-1 (Tiajiolij Bombardirovscik) - An angular monoplane, backbone of the Russian bomber force for many years. Two 680hp M-17B. 212 built. 1929.
Modifications:
ANT-6/TB-3 - four-engine development, the worlds most impressive bomber of early 1930's.
ANT-7/R-6 - recconaissance/escort fighter
G-1 - transport version
ANT-5/I-4 - (first aircraft the Sukhoy has designed)
ANT-5 was a prototype of I-4 sesquiplane single-seat fighter. I-4 differed from ANT-5 by redesigned (to decrease drag) engine howling, added rocket launchers on upper wing and increased tailfin. The lower wing was nothing more than an attachment for the wing struts; it was (almost) removed in the second series (I-4bis), used as a parasite fighter in Zveno experiments with TB-3 bomber. The I-4 was the first Soviet all metal fighter. One 480hp M-22. 369 were built. In service in 1928-1933. 1927.
