ALLAHABAD: A Jaguar fighter of Indian Air Force (IAF) crashed at Naini area of Allahabad on Tuesday morning. The fighter crash landed in an open area, called Dubey ka Talab, and both the pilots ejected safely and no loss of life has been reported.
According to defence PRO, the fighter, a trainer version of Jaguar, was on a routine flight and took off from Bamraulli airbase at 7.30 am and crashed at around 8.45 am at a open ground besides FCI godown, some 18 km from Bamrauli at Naini.

According to some eye witnesses it was the sheer presence of mind of the pilots that the fighter crashed in an open area rather than nearby buildings otherwise there could be many causality on the ground too. During the last minutes of crash, the fighter touched the grill of a nearby house and crashed on the open ground and the impact was so strong that the fighter penetrated around 10 feets into the ground.
Before the impact, the two pilots managed to eject and are safe with no reports of any causality on the ground or loss of property.
According to defence PRO, an inquiry will be setup to ascertain the cause of the crash.

Crash of fighter planes is now a routine process and that too in peace tome . Everytime a boar of enquiry set up post crash of plane but nobody is looking for the root cause. It must be either lack of training or ageing machineries.somebody has to see else sooner we will lost our all fighter planes

每次发生事故后都成立调查小组，但是无人找到事故根源。
