BEIJING (Reuters) - Tensions between Chinaand the United States wereon full display on Tuesday as Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel faced questions in Beijing about America'sposition in bitter territorial disputes with regional U.S. allies.

没有什么出人意料的反应，美国正在变得越来越保守，当国家没有长远规划的时候，政府就只能遵从保守的民意。中国需要明白，强硬话语换不来妥协，只能换来敌视。还不如在东海和南海采取果断的行动，只有行动能赢取妥协。中国该为升级摩擦准备好预案了，不是将摩擦升级为冲突的预案，而是一步步升级为全面战争的预案。
