I can still remember the Chou En Lai/Mao Tse Tung Hindi,Chini Bhai Bhai mantra in the 60's. Then they attacked and hundreds of young Jawans lost their lives. A long time has passed since and the world moves on. The younger generation in both countries are now more educated and aware. India has since realised that Gandhian principles do not always work - thus the Defence capabilities got a much needed boost. I can still remember the Chou En Lai/Mao Tse Tung Hindi,Chini Bhai Bhai mantra in the 60's. Then they attacked and hundreds of young Jawans lost their lives. A long time has passed since and the world moves on. The younger generation in both countries are now more educated and aware. 印度需要一场广泛的、深刻的改革。否则继续如今这样和稀泥，别说入常......能不沦为“失败国家”就不错了。

先分析下联合国态势吧：美国一向都是最少两票，英国基本就是美国的跟屁虫。法国基于地缘和较为相同的价值观都是赞同美国的多，反对美国的少。拉多个印度又怎样？3:2跟4:2没有本质的区别。印度本身作为区域大国，大多数又有自己的诉求，站不站在美国后面还是一回事呢。。。拉印度进去只会添堵。。。中俄就更不用说了，没有必要拉多个山头进入联合国，给自己添堵。。。

而事实上中方的意图就是“用不着我反对，就算我支持，你们也成不了，你们成不了，这就对了”

政治就是交易，更何况是入常这些重大的国际政治，不反对你的努力，但不会无条件的支持。想想吧，拿什么来奉献。
不会反对也没说支持，那就是弃权票确定了？
该轮到你们来赢得我们的信任，我们此后会成为最亲密的朋友。至于支持印度入常，该轮到你们在联合国提议并努力让其获得通过。你们应该记住，西方国家曾经向印度提供常任理事国席位，但我们的总理很谦恭，看在友好邻居的份上提名你们入常。希望你们看清真相，拿出行动来，赢得我们的信任，到时候你们会发现，印度人对待你的态度会有很大不同。

入常这个事沸沸扬扬的折腾了很多年了，感觉德、日、印、巴这几个国家很傻很天真。这个世界是靠实力说话的，不光是军事实力，军事实力当然是非常重要的前提，另外还有政治、文化等多方面的实力和影响力的，并且二战后的五常架构一直没有动摇是因为实力的对比没有发生实质性的变化。例如现在除了五常，只有德国和日本在力量上应该说勉强够的上一些条件。但是德国和日本同是二战战败国，政治上没有完全抬头，尤其是日本，美日同盟实质上是日本仍被美帝占领，根本不是独立的角色。至于三哥和巴西，在军事实力上还差的远。这就像黑社会，几个大帮派的老大在桌面上谈事，几个小帮的老大也想上那个场子，人家几个大帮根本不带你玩。所以三哥一直钻脑袋想挤进大帮的俱乐部还差的远。

我国不可能在支持一个在亚洲与我们不同文化，价值观的大国。如果以后和日本和好或许还支持日本。。韩国。

非常名额建议设两个，这三个国家按淘汰赛PK，输的出局……这样比较公平
