以攻为守收中业等菲占岛屿

南沙的岛都太小了，目前各方的驻军存在都无足轻重----无外乎圈点地。中业岛尤其不好拿。

我们对南沙的主要要求也就两点：1。对航线的控制力； 2。油气开发。

所以，在南沙要紧的是多占点些有潜力的沙礁，搞在我主控下的开发，但更有价值的是直接在巴士海峡以及以东去占些无人岛约，比如说Mavudis Island （北纬21度07分, 东经121度57分）。将来真要放弃了中业，这也值得，因为可以拱卫西太入口。
