They have a second hand airforce, almost no navy, no submarines, no aircraft carriers. They do have nuclear weapons, but they lack the rocket technology to deliver them outside of their own region. Umm....what extra elite weapons does Uk has which makes u say this?....infact India ,Russia and China have anti-ballistic interception missles which Uk doesn have....u can still comapre Uk with India(4 and 5) but Russia and China are a league above Uk.

USA is suppose raise the debt ceiling by August 2nd, and devise a plan that will fix the debt problem by 2015, but when you say look at USA failing. 　　I agree UK is not number 3 and i'm English.However i do not class India higher due to their vastly inferior equipment.Yes they have good planes but the RAF are very highly trained pilots,best in the world bar none.Obviously China are number 3 though.
