BEIJING: China and Pakistan have announced a packed military exchanges’ schedule in 2011. This would include two joint military exercises, Chinese media quoted visiting Pakistan Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee chairman Gen Khalid Shameem Wynne as saying on Wednesday.
据北京报道：2011年中国和巴基斯坦双方公开了一揽子的军事交流计划。周三的时候巴基斯坦参谋长Gen Khalid Shameem Wynne在接受中国媒体采访时宣称，这些计划将包括联合军事演习等作战科目训练。


The two countries would participate in a multinational naval drill in March besides two bilateral army and air force exercises.
双方都将于3月份的时候各自派遣部队参加多国海军演习和空军对抗演习。


Chinese People’s Liberation Army chief Gen Chen Bingde told the Pakistani general that China is willing to work with his country to develop the mechanism of defence and security talks, deepen strategic cooperation and contribute to the peace, stability and common development in the region and the world, the official Xinhua news agency reported.
据新华社报道，中国人民解放军总参谋长陈炳德在与巴基斯坦将军的对话中提到，中国愿意帮助巴方建设国防机制，加强对话，加深战略性合作，共同致力于和平事业，为促进该地区和世界的稳定，发展作出贡献。


Gen Wynne said ties between the two countries are based on the principle that the China has a role in maintaining regional peace and stability. “That’s why we can move forward on joint efforts on the development of sophisticated weapon systems, including aircraft and tanks, and in the area of anti-terrorism,” he said.
Gen Wynne同时还提到，两个国家的交流是基于中国在该区域发挥着维持和平和稳定的重要作用。他说“双方还共同致力于研发精良的武器系统，其中包括空中战机，坦克和反恐领域的合作”。


Earlier, Gen Chen said China is devoted to pushing forward relations between the two militaries at the 8th round of China-Pakistan Defence and Security Talks in Beijing on Wednesday. The two sides pledged to enhance strategic communication and cooperation between their militaries. The mechanism of defence and security talks was launched in 2002.
周三早些时候，陈总参谋长提到，中国将推动中—巴两军就国防与安全对话的8方会谈。两军还确保在战略交流和合作方面进行深入探讨。自2002年开始，两军就开始就军事创新机制和国防建设展开合作与探讨。


Gen Wynnes visit is significant as Beijing is worried about the impact of revolutions spreading through Middle East and its possible influence on its separatists on the China-Pakistan border. Reports in official Chinese media said the two countries did not discuss this issue. But the Chinese are likely to discussed it as the Pakistani military, often accused of being pro-US, is equally worried about the developments.

Gen Wynne此次的中国之行同时也对日前中东局势的担忧，这也可能会对中—巴边界的一些分裂分子产生一定的影响。但据中国官方媒体的报道说，两国并没有就中东局势进行深入探讨。但中方更希望就巴方军事受美国制裁而影响发展的问题进行广泛讨论。

That’s not the case. Actually, India getting the UNSC permanent seat mainly depends upon whether China supports it, or vetoes it. Looking at the Chinese and Paki Jehadi hobnobbing, most likely China will torpedo the Indian dream of the UNSC seat.

Pakistan is not able to take control of its own territory (FAT), China has no problem to grab some more from Pak; a perfect marriage.

When you have an insane neighbor who is too paranoid by self inabilities and over jellos of older brother’s(India’s) prosperity, country like India have little choice than alliance with outer neighbors such as Russia/us to stay protected and not to humiliate hostile neighbor yet again. Because India is after nothing. Unfortunately people are not educated enough to appreciate any great ideas like peace talk. Instead they talk and kill at the same time.Then repeat it again.After 26/11 India showed greatest restrain and humanity in the history of mankind not to erase a country from the map. If someone marry a widow that make sense but if someone been forced to marry to a cancer patience that doesn’t make sense. It is funny. A country fed on terror promises to maintain regional security with a country mowing down civil liberties in its own. Typical case of China owning Pakistan for blue water access. The “rock solid” relationship is good only for the PLA and Kayani’s mavericks not for the region not for the two countries and least of all for the people of the region. Together they can only foment trouble.

When you have an insane neighbor who is too paranoid by self inabilities and over jellos of older brother’s(India’s) prosperity, country like India have little choice than alliance with outer neighbors such as Russia/us to stay protected and not to humiliate hostile neighbor yet again. Because India is after nothing. Unfortunately people are not educated enough to appreciate any great ideas like peace talk. If someone marry a widow that make sense but if someone been forced to marry to a cancer patience that doesn’t make sense. Here a normal gui marring a metal patient with big extremist cancer spread all over and that is insane. It is funny. A country fed on terror promises to maintain regional security with a country mowing down civil liberties in its own. Typical case of China owning Pakistan for blue water access. The “rock solid” relationship is good only for the PLA and Kayani’s mavericks not for the region not for the two countries and least of all for the people of the region. Together they can only foment trouble.
