I'm not convinced the Russian plasmoid work had anything to do with Tesla...note that HAARP can also induce airglow and generate high-altitude plasma - in effect an artificial aurora borealis. I'm not convinced the Russian plasmoid work had anything to do with Tesla...note that HAARP can also induce airglow and generate high-altitude plasma - in effect an artificial aurora borealis. ı on the meanwhile just laugh at HAARP but don't expect any explanation , just a gut feeling .
