法国总统萨科齐10日在总统府会见了到访的利比亚领导人卡扎菲，法国总统府官员说，双方签署了一系列合同，这些合同总价值约为147亿美元，但并没公布合同细节。总统府一位消息人士说，利比亚还计划购买14架法国生产的“阵风”战斗机以及包括35架直升机在内的军事装备。
本次访法代表团阵容庞大，有几百名成员。卡扎菲在离爱丽舍宫不远的马里尼酒店下榻，并按照个人起居习惯在这座建于19世纪酒店的花园里搭了顶贝都因人帐篷。

The Ministry of Defence announced, Thursday evening December 6th, that a Rafale of the Air Force had been crushed in Corrèze at the time of a mission of drive. “The captain, a confirmed aviator of the Air Force, is reported missing”, specifies an official statement. The Air Force was unaware of still, Friday morning, if the captain had been able to operate his ejection seat.
The aircraft was crushed at the end of the afternoon “in a zone not inhabited without causing damage with the thirds”, continues the text. The equipment came from the air base of Saint-Dizier (Haute-Marne).
According to the service of information and public relations of the Air Force, Sirpa Air, it is the first time that a Rafale is crushed.
The Rafale is operational from June 2006. There is 27 aircraft of this type in service with the Air Force, including 21 two-seaters and 6 single-seaters.

The Air Force opened an investigation to determine the causes and the circumstances of the accident.

或许利比亚看上了阵风的高翼载及其对地打击能力。（猜的）
利比亚用幻影用得很爽的:D 虽然他们飞行员不咋样，埃及的飞行员给犹太人暴扁，然后利比亚的给埃及人暴扁，起因也跟借给埃及的幻影有关。
