GauravTiwari, founder of the 500-member Indian Paranormal Society, said the newsdovetails with reports he's read of alien camps in the Himalayas that theIndian army tolerates. But he hasn't been able to do his own research in thearea, he said.

As theobject approached, some in the group raised the alarm, Dhar said, and itascended back up the hill, changed color from white to metallic black and wentairborne, hovering for about 10 minutes before disappearing.

India and China have knownabout the underground UFO base for a long time and have agreed to leave a DMZarea in place where it's located. This is just one of many around the world. Icommend the LA Times for publishing this story withouut any condescention orreferences to "little green men". Disclosure is not far away, whichis why you'll start seeing this subject taken more seriously.

I'm no expert, but I do liketo read about fringe physics for a hobby... and not everyone who posts websitesabout fringe science is actually credible or sane... but this phenomenondoesn't sound so much like a UFO as it does "directed energy weapons." The ones I have in mind are a really nasty device called a "scalar waveinterferometer," or also a "Tesla Howitzer" or"Longitudinal Wave Electromagnetic Interferometer."  Theinterference of two directed energy beams at an intersecting point causesreally strange, powerful reactions... one of which happens to be orbs of energywhich float around like directed ball lightning.  Supposedly theseinterferometers can be used to inject or extract energy in massive amountsfrom/to a remote point, from long distances away through other solid objectssuch as the Earth or buildings, etc.  Thomas Bearden,a retired US Navy nuclear physicist (to the best of my knowledge) has publishedmany papers on these strange weapons of the future.  Assuming theyactually exist, we'd better hope to whatever Deities that Be that it is'ntreal.  Nukes are tame compared to those damn things, from the description.

you know you have to be total numbnut not to recognize skylanterns. The lagest skylantens iv seen disaper very quiqly, also you can tellthey are moving with the wind farly easly even in the dark. People from indiaand china are very awere and seen many sky lanterns in their life time,they are much more popular then in usa, so if they are saying these dont lookor behave like them, it must be they are not be sky lanterns.
