楼主过去的帖子中文很好 HSK考过了吧 现在咋就忘了? 中文学习要持之以恒呀
有涉及到姿态切换的垂短都是悲剧
推力损失肯定很多
转弯太大了,而且太长,正在转弯处阻力太大,损郝出太大了吧

if the thrust weight ratio of the aircraft is greater than 1(like the engine system in your 3rd picture),  all you need is diverting the thrust 90 degree : ) when the thrust is enough to conquer the gravity,you got a lift off.
however, if the thrust weight ratio is less than 1(like the engine system in your 1st and 2ed picture),you may need  another extra lift engine or extract some hp from your main engine to drive a liftfan  to generate the extra lift. the engine system in your 1st and 2ed picture is used by yak-141,you will find two extra lift engine just behind the cockpit.
no matter the thrust weight ratio is greater than 1 or not, the total thrust must act on the center of gravity,or there will be a pitching moment acting on your aircraft ,this moment will make your aircraft  unstable or even uncontrollable.   
just a simple explanation, have fun : )

    哥,关于垂直起降,还有好多词无中文翻译的,翻译起来很头疼,不是容易引起歧义就是被别的领域先用过了,直译的话中文又过于冗长,总之很头痛
