The X37B was in orbit for seven months, and landed at the base at about 1:15 a.m. Friday morning. It had been scheduled to land anytime between Friday through Sunday.
The spacecraft resembles a small space shuttle. The base says the X37B program performs risk reduction, experimentation and concept of operations development for reusable space vehicle technologies.
