话说其实美国政府洗脑的水平还真不是盖得。不留痕迹啊，比我们生硬的宣传好多了

歌挺不错的

说真的看完了这个短片，我想了很多：一是、我们国家的行政执法手段与水平，还是有待于提高的，我在美国生活和工作了很长时间。在美国平头百姓是不敢和警察或穿国家制服的人动手打架的（尤其是我们这些非美国人），轻者一顿警棍或电棍，而后装入警车。重者，他们真的敢开枪打你的，而且你是袭警或袭击国家公职人员在先，打到州、联邦或其它什么法院，你也是败诉的。二是，我们的国家经济发展了，社会发展了，那么社会资源分配与保障制度能否再进一步跟上呢。有些是执法者的问题，可有些也的确是某些刁民们的问题。政策宣讲他不听、耐心劝阻他不动、强制执行他玩儿命，大家说怎么办？公平法制的发展是要和国民素质的发展相联系的呀。当然，这里面还有许多其他的复杂因素，诸如：官僚主义呀、腐败问题呀等等等等。

看了 心里很不是滋味

我不觉得这歌配这个视频有什么喜感，我只是感到悲哀{:3_77:}

说得好，事物不能单看一面。
国内一部分人只看到城管、警察暴力执法，却无视了小贩、罪犯暴力抗法。

约束应该是针对执法者与被执法者双方的。
单方面要求执法者不行，那只会捆住执法者的手脚，让真正的违法、抗法者获益。
单方面要求被执法者也不行，那样会助长执法者的“不正之风”，让弱势的被执法者诉求无门。

良性的模式应该是：不允许执法者暴力执法，同时也不允许被执法者暴力抗法。如果被执法者抗法，执法者就有权使用适当的暴力加以控制。但如果被执法者在完全配合执法者的时候受到暴力对待，就应该严厉惩罚暴力施加者。具体操作起来其实也很简单：执法过程全程录像。这个录像必须是完整的，不能有遗漏和编辑。万一有对执法有争议，那么这样的视频证据最具有说服力。

顶楼上，有些城管是混D，有些小贩是恶人。不管他会把菜摊子摆到天安门广场

其实看一看我国的宣传水平有待提高，仍然是50年代的生硬教条

打仗上城管 告诉他们对面有黄金 必定拼死上阵 再告诉前面有小商小贩 。。。。。。。不堪设想的威力
