<p>Wang Yi ignored Japanese Foreign Ministry Undersecretary Shotaro Yachi's repeated calls on Wednesday to report to the ministry, saying he was busy, Japan's business daily Nihon Keizai newspaper said, citing ministry sources.</p><p>Japan wanted to lodge a protest after China's Foreign Minister Li Zhaoxing commented on Japanese Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi's trips to a war shrine, the paper said.</p><p>On Tuesday, Li described Koizumi's visits to Yasukuni Shrine, which honors Japanese war dead -- including convicted war criminals -- as inexplicably "stupid."</p><p>Yachi eventually protested to Wang over the phone Wednesday late afternoon and the two officials had heated exchanges, according to the Yomiuri newspaper.</p><p>Officials of the Japanese Foreign Ministry and Chinese Embassy were not immediately available to comment.</p><p>The Chinese, who suffered atrocities during Japan's pre-World War II invasion and occupation, have been angered by Koizumi's visits to the shrine.</p><p>Beijing has since refused to hold top-level talks in protest.</p><p>The neighbors, though linked by billions of dollars in trade, are at odds over a spate of other issues, including rights to undersea gas and oil deposits that lie in disputed territory.</p>

<p>去年涉日游行的时候，就是外务省传王毅大使，王大使虽然始终保持立场原则气节，但却被日本媒体狠“阴”了一把，日本记者利用王坐下时需要稍微低头的机会，定格拍摄了一张王毅向日方代表低头做认错状的照片，然后四处发布。</p><p>所以这次，嘿嘿，再也不去了。</p>
