Representing Argentina Navy was CEO of Naval Material , VGM Admiral Eduardo Urrutia , along with a delegation of naval authorities officiate links with Chinese units .
The event was attended by hundreds of members of the Chinese community in the country with flags and banners that filled the basin , with signs that welcomed the country as well as Mandarin language flags with the colors of our logo blue and white . All tag looked like a real party in an attitude of honor and patriotic sentiment .
On the occasion, the Chinese defense attache in the country said : "For us, this visit is historic because for the first time our fleet comes to visit Argentina at the invitation of Mr. Defense Minister Agustín Rossi. The purpose of the visit is to increase awareness fleets Argentina and China and I think with the visit cooperation and friendship between the navies will increase " .
