PIPA比中国的过滤还要彻底，直接要求DNS服务器拒绝黑名单上的网址解析，考虑到DNS总服务都在美国，那就是全世界范围内无法访问了，翻墙都没有可能...

PIPA比中国的过滤还要彻底，直接要求DNS服务器拒绝黑名单上的网址解析，考虑到DNS总服务都在美国，那就是全世界范围内无法访问了，翻墙都没有可能...
其实不过是某美国议员提出的旨在保护网络知识产权的法案中的几个条款涉及到了对维基百科内容的检索和审查而已~很多美国互联网巨头都要制抵这一法案，所以估计很难通过。没楼主说的那么严重了~

理论上来说是的，但实际应用，尤其是商业应用上是不现实的。只怕让各位背出Google服务器的IP都不行吧？

这个只针对类似国内字幕组之类的小网站来说，真的大型商业网站就是直接拉锯战了

最关键的是第一版本order的内容包括如果用户贴了盗版内容，网站在接受审查时候也可以被关闭，举个例子：例如网友cuthead在solidot贴了一首韩寒的诗，没有注明出处，没有严格按照方舟子定义区别抄袭和引用。那么韩寒就有权利告solidot盗版，并且在诉讼期间要求solidot下线，其实solidot连网友cuthead是否是带把的都不知道。所以这会极大影响各种新型网站的生意，和潜在威胁他们的生存。
