Our committee has addressed to administrationof the president with the request to specify, who will supervise inRussia this amendment. They have answered, that the Ministry ofInternal Affairs will supervise it. The Ministry of InternalAffairs of Russian Federation has answered our subsequent inquirythat the given weapon belongs to the Federal Service of Securityand to the Ministry of Defense of Russian Federation. And that theMinistry of Internal Affairs of Russian Federation has nocorresponding techniques for detection of various kinds ofradiations. Besides to tear off criminal cases under the givenamendment to the law “About the weapon " the Ministry of InternalAffairs of Russian Federation has no opportunity as this amendmentis not brought neither in criminal code of Russian Federation, norin the criminal - trial code of Russian Federation.

金属屏蔽帽有用吗？-惊人的da 案-没有用！
很早以前看到国外一个精神病学网站谈及锡屏蔽脑控设备的信号，人家说医院骗“病人”说外面用了锡纸防护，其实没有，结果“病人”普遍反映信号减弱或消失了。第一个给我的印象是，害人者蛮狡猾的，肯定是故意配合医院的谎言。第二个就是，这个锡防护真的有效吗。但那时仅仅看到它一家之言，还是有些反映有效的，所以还是在我博客贴上了锡帽有可能可以屏蔽脑控设备发出的信号，但写上，也许没有用，但害人者会做些假象让你认为有用。反正我试着做了个锡帽，戴上，当然也不是很严密的锡帽，感觉没啥用。

果然在07年华盛顿邮报采访受害者的文章-MindGames中，讲到：“2005年,一群麻省理工学生用锡箔和无线电信号进行了正式研究，他们惊讶地发现:锡帽实际上可能放大无线电频率信号。”

不过不管什么屏蔽方法，都是消极、被动的。主动的出击，曝光真相，合力抓住真凶，严惩真凶。同时发展追查技术滥用的技术，以及发展相应的严惩技术滥用者的法律措施（最好是用这技术制滥用者），才是积极主动的防范方法。

还有文中提到的移动物体，我还确实没碰到，以前听有其他中国受害者讲过，不过反映的人比较少，当时我认为是由于害人者灌输思维，给他们洗脑，使他们相信假象。而不大信有这么神奇。不过，今天这篇文章看来似乎远程移物真有可能发生。也不知是不是每个受害者也许会遇到不同的技术，有的这点先进，有的那点落后？？如果是能远程移物，那么受害者碰到的设备发出的会是什么形式的能量，人的特意功能那种？

如果这种波不是我们所知的无线电波、电磁波等，我看我又得改受害者受害的技术了，更确切、更接近事实，不仅利于受害者发现真相，也利于研究者去探索研究。

金属屏蔽帽有用吗？-惊人的da 案-没有用！
很早以前看到国外一个精神病学网站谈及锡屏蔽脑控设备的信号，人家说医院骗“病人”说外面用了锡纸防护，其实没有，结果“病人”普遍反映信号减弱或消失了。第一个给我的印象是，害人者蛮狡猾的，肯定是故意配合医院的谎言。第二个就是，这个锡防护真的有效吗。但那时仅仅看到它一家之言，还是有些反映有效的，所以还是在我博客贴上了锡帽有可能可以屏蔽脑控设备发出的信号，但写上，也许没有用，但害人者会做些假象让你认为有用。反正我试着做了个锡帽，戴上，当然也不是很严密的锡帽，感觉没啥用。

果然在07年华盛顿邮报采访受害者的文章-MindGames中，讲到：“2005年,一群麻省理工学生用锡箔和无线电信号进行了正式研究，他们惊讶地发现:锡帽实际上可能放大无线电频率信号。”

不过不管什么屏蔽方法，都是消极、被动的。主动的出击，曝光真相，合力抓住真凶，严惩真凶。同时发展追查技术滥用的技术，以及发展相应的严惩技术滥用者的法律措施（最好是用这技术制滥用者），才是积极主动的防范方法。

还有文中提到的移动物体，我还确实没碰到，以前听有其他中国受害者讲过，不过反映的人比较少，当时我认为是由于害人者灌输思维，给他们洗脑，使他们相信假象。而不大信有这么神奇。不过，今天这篇文章看来似乎远程移物真有可能发生。也不知是不是每个受害者也许会遇到不同的技术，有的这点先进，有的那点落后？？如果是能远程移物，那么受害者碰到的设备发出的会是什么形式的能量，人的特意功能那种？

如果这种波不是我们所知的无线电波、电磁波等，我看我又得改受害者受害的技术了，更确切、更接近事实，不仅利于受害者发现真相，也利于研究者去探索研究。

一般说来，频率慢的波其波幅常比较大，而频率快的波其波幅就比较小。例如，在成年人头上皮上引导时，δ波可有20-200μV，α波有20-100μV，而β波只有5-20μV。
