中方保证“大坝内没有蓄水，无论如何不会影响到下游地区。“

真是要命的东西，印度人估计哭完就该拼命了。

平时没有蓄水，不能代表战时不能蓄水啊

这个地方不具备在10年内建水电站的自然条件，主要是交通

上游建水库对下游的好处远远大于害处。当然缺水的地区例外，偏偏雅鲁藏布江不缺水。根据利益与投资共担原则，下游的印度必须对这个大坝补偿性投资，否则大坝管闸门临时工的喝醉了乱按开关就不好说了。

你见过有不蓄水的大坝吗?不过我到是觉得中国人对印度一直以来并没有什么恶意,当然也没什么好感,主要还是不太把他们当回事,说白了就是不太看得起他们,所以我想就算建大坝也绝对不是为了卡印度的脖子,最主要还是利益驱动,一年真的能发好多的电哎,雅江确实是一处不可多得的绿色能源宝库

本来就是为了建方舟的幌子,当然不会影响下游了.

臧木水电站是规划中的五级水电站中，其中的一级。设计装机容量54万千瓦时。
西藏建设需要电力，等到电力充足的时候，开山辟路，挖隧道。那流到印度洋的水资源实在太可惜了
