自从1978年向西方开放经济以来,中国的一次准备向欧洲提供新火车。Grand Central,一个英国的小的火车运营商,声称它准备为伦敦至Sunderland线路向中国高速火车建造公司定购列车。

新闻中说的是四川资阳厂,该厂在中国内燃机车制造中属于技术比较弱的.从前生产的DF4因为自行改变原厂设计,在使用单位中意见很大.
现在主要生产调车机车,主要型号是DF5和DF12,个人认为其不具备生产200公里以上速度的动车组技术.140英里已经达到了224公里了!估计这个消息是误传.

  大概捋一下这个事情的脉络:
  
  1. Grand Central是一个新成立的运营公司,目前还没有任何实际的运营经验。
   修正:从Grand Central的主页上看到,它是90年代中期成立的。但去年才刚刚与“铁路管制办公室”(Office of Rail Regulation - ORR)签订了轨道使用协议(Track Access Agreement)。没有说它以前是干什么的。
  
  2. Grand Central准备今年在伦敦和桑德兰之间开始提供服务,暂时先使用改造过的Iconic HST列车,速度125mph。
  
  3. 同时,它将通过它的姊妹公司Sovereign向中国定购140mph的Polaris列车,2010年到货。

  其中最關鍵的一步就是空客得到了美利堅航空的訂單
  當時A300只有漢莎航空願意買
  而空客認為要跟美國的公司競爭
  就一定要讓產品打進美國的市場
  所以就無償借了一台A300給美利堅航空試用一段時間

英国的汽车工艺不差,但英国的汽车工业已经不存在了

200KM/H以上高速动车组是一个技术含量非常高大的系统工程,我们到现在自己的高速动车都没有过关,现在用的CRH系列都是四方长春等几个尖子单位引进技术生产的.以资阳厂那样的2线厂,很难相信他们能解决技术问题

但事实上英国的汽车技术早就落后了,发动机尤其落后,RR,rover在卖掉之前就分别用的bmw和honda的发动机了。
