Germany finalises cuts to NH90, Tiger helicopter orders

Germany has massively reduced its orders for troop transport and attack helicopters under a long-discussed "reorientation" plan for its armed forces.
Berlin initially ordered 122 NH Industries (NHI) NH90 transports and 80 Eurocopter Tiger UHTs in separate deals, but decided in 2011 to substantially alter its commitments, ushering in years of negotiations with industry.

Under the terms of a memorandum of understanding signed on 15 March between the German defence ministry and manufacturers NHI and Eurocopter, those orders will fall to 82 NH90s and 57 Tigers - reductions of 33% and 29%, respectively.
As part of the agreement, Eurocopter will repurchase 11 previously delivered Tigers. Flightglobal's World Air Forces Directory 2013 records the German army as operating a total of 21 of the type, although one was destroyed in a training accident earlier in March.

Under the adapted procurements, 18 of the nation's NH90s will be converted to the NFH maritime variant for operation by the German navy, with the aircraft to replace its AgustaWestland Lynx and Sea King fleets.
A contest had previously been proposed for the naval helicopter procurement, with the service seeking up to 30 rotorcraft, but the new deal effectively brings that to an end.
Describing the agreement as an "important step", the defence ministry says the changes implemented should "avoid any negative impact" on other nations involved in the NH90 and Tiger programmes.

虽然德国军火出口规模现在仍然是世界第三,但冷战后国防预算大幅削减,军火公司的日子并不好过

并购的并购,关门的关门,卖的卖,就连著名的德意志造船厂都出售给阿联酋了
消减的NH-90卖给TG吧,合作生产也好
呵呵,欧洲的确没啥压力啊。
139架的量只相当于米帝毛子每年直升机新装备数。
德军实力继续下降中
欧直公司将买回11架,不大理解这个概念,可能是回收替换,或是用于出售给别的客户吧

也就是说目前设想的德军装备的虎式直升机最多也就46架。
一直吝啬得不肯给德国虎装门30炮。。。太扣了
还是看有没有需求吧,德国不缺这点钱
德国国库确实缺钱,大把赚钱的公司很多,不过通过转移生产基地和操控议会对企业税收优惠之类的逃避税收很有一套,国家从公司口袋里收的钱一直不乐观,国库靠个人税、消费税之类的比重高

又标榜稳定的财政和货币政策,滥花钱不干正事的现象没有美国那么多,何况马克和欧元的地位不如美元

老龄化,福利开支,德国真是个养老的好地方

然后政府就想办法省钱了,能砍就砍,反正现在没啥威胁
看到消息的第一反应也是:请把砍掉的NH90造出来卖给兔子来运送救灾物资吧

NH-90也搞个掩人耳目的项目来合作吧,对外就说是EC195,对内就说是Z20 没准真这么搞了捏。。

德国对本国公民的个人税一直挺高的,原来记得好像是60%~70%,而且一旦查出来逃税不管什么人一律坐牢,网球明星格拉芙的老爸因为这个就蹲过监狱,结果就是很多有钱人都改国籍跑到国外定居了,打网球的贝克尔就是为了躲避本国的高税收去摩洛哥住了。
后来施罗德上台,知道这样不行,就把个人税率调低到50%了。但是毛子的个人税率才13%,估计还是挡不住自己人改国籍。

得了吧,这个飞机太贵了,一架要4000万美刀,一家黑鹰才2800万,要是欧美同时取消对华军售,兔子估计还是会大量买黑鹰的,为了照顾欧盟估计会象征性买少量的NH90。
德国已经是欧洲经济形势相对最好的……


我记得北约欧洲最大的空军基地就在德国,包括全部17架E3预警机,周边又都是盟国,最多造几艘军舰维护航运线安全,国防真没什么压力.

元首靠大炮做不到的事情,默克尔这位大奶奶靠经济实力收割欧洲的财政大权。
PS:靠武力来统一欧洲实在是走不通的。

看来默克尔也缺钱,欧洲的金融危机还没过去,欧盟就别装B了,早点解除对话的武器禁售,吧NH--90之类的买点技术给TG,也好挣点银子是不。
赶快把NH90的技术卖给兔子   过两年  就不吃香了

机体大,发动机好,改进方便,除了原始设计强调突防,没给开个后门可以上下车的遗憾外

改进后批次技术水准不比NH90低,NH90这点量和当初的日本90坦克似的,定型后改进意向都不足,数量少到不值当

美国随便一个小批次生产或改进,量都比德国整个的量都多

何况欧洲的问题是联合研制,谁都不大愿意当雷锋,自己想改,没人来分摊的话很多时候也就不弄了
一直想不通,为何欧洲猪国要跟着MD和脚盆制裁TG,其实这样做的后果就是MD一方面遏制中国的发展,另一方面打压欧洲军火商和军工产业的发展,一举两得。

德法早想解禁了,问题是那些自己不出口军火的新欧洲有一票否决权,又很容易受美国影响
德国已经是欧洲经济形势相对最好的……
所以才被那些欧猪国家拖累,坑爹啊……
NH90和黑鹰的对比真是永恒话题,怎么说呢?跟A400M对比C-130J异曲同工,只不过这里单论直升机体格潜力更大的是黑鹰,但是被战术运输机坑的也是黑鹰……
